First thing in the morning you wake up with a dreadful thought – I am on diet and cannot eat all that I ate normally. So here is a menu – dishes making up your meal.
Day 1 – First thing in the morning take the first dose of the hCG Diet drops or injection, which ever you have opted for to reduce weight. And then eat all day long to compensate for the twenty one days you won’t be able to eat. Relish the dishes that come under the radar of high calorie diet. Eat all you can, as much as you can and it is a promise you will not regret this; remind yourself eat to diet
Day 2 – Follow the regime of day 1 and don’t be surprised that you are on hCG Diet program to lose weight. This is recommended as it will help you to sustain the next phase of the diet program.
Day 3 to Day 23 – This day after the drops you drink tea coffee – do not add sweetener or milk and drink water. This is your breakfast.
Lunch and Dinner is same with one item to choose from four categories. (Choose the items from the list of food allowed by hCG Diet). Do not choose two items from the same category for one meal. This will do harm and no good.
- 100 gm animal protein without fat weighed before cooking – grilled or baked.
- One vegetable from the list – spinach, cabbage, green salad, cucumber ……

Day 24 to 26 – No drops or injection but retain the same 500 calorie diet. The hCG needs to be eliminated from the body before you start eating normally or else you will gain weight alarmingly.
